• We make every effort to keep product descriptions, images, and prices as accurate as possible. However, slight differences may occur between images and the actual product’s color/packaging (due to monitor settings or packaging updates).
• Due to limited stock, a product may become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you and arrange for an alternative product or a refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT/tax where relevant.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and/or card payments (whichever are active on the website).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, prices for already-confirmed orders will not change.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• After you place an order, our team will confirm it via phone call or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to reach you by phone or if incorrect information has been provided.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
